Bhubaneswar: The death toll due to fire accident at SUM hospital on October climbed to 31 today with the death of one more person.
The perished has been identified as Panchei Bastia of Niali . According to sources Panchei died after he was discharged from AMRI Hospital.
The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) had issued a notice to the Odisha government over the incident that has left over 105 injured.
