Balangir: An under trial inmate died at Balangir jail late on last night.
The deceased has been identified as Satya Mallick of Dhumamara area.
Sources said, Mallick was admitted to Balangir district headquarters hospital after he fell ill last night. However, he died while undergoing
treatment at the hospital.
Meanwhile, family members of Mallick alleged medical negligence as the main reason behind the death.
