Paralakhemundi: A minor girl was murdered by a youth at Adasing village under Gurandi police station in Gajapati district.
While the girl was going to class, Dileswar (the accused) passed comment at the minor. Taking after this, the girl’s mom slapped the accused. To take revenge, Dileswar and his relatives went the minor’s home and attacked them there.
Later, the elder brother of Dileswar strangulated the minor girl to death with her Chunri (stole).
After preliminary investigation, police arrested Dileswar, his elder brother, father, uncle and one Narasingh Sabar and later forwarded them to court.
