Bhubaneswar: The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Odisha Crime Branch on Monday expressed that a list of Odia film artists has as of now been set up for interrogation regarding Oscar chit fund scam.
As indicated by sources, the Crime Branch police has got some vital data from Oscar chit fund boss Prabhas Rout over the span of interrogation.
A team comprising 5 DSPs has been formed to question the film actors who are suspected to be involved in the crime, sources added.
The EOW officials got to know that some actors had taken luxurious cars and flats from Rout when they were working with film projects produced under the tainted firm.
