Balasore: Former member of legislative assembly Arun Dey was injured in a road mishap near Simulia College here today.
He has been admitted to Simulia hospital. His driver also critically injured and has been hospitalised.
The incident took place when Dey was on his way to Simulia from Bhubaneswar. The car in which he was travelling lost control and plunged into a canal on NH 16 near Simulia College. Local residents rescued the ex-legislator and rushed him to hospital.
