Puri: The dead body of a rare bottle-nosed dolphin was found on Puri beach this morning.
According to sources, the carcass was found close to Digabareni stairway on the beach. it had been noticed by tourists who alerted the forest officers.
Being informed about the incident, officials of Puri forest division rushed to the spot and seized the body of the mammal and later sent it for postmortem.
