Cuttack : The interogation of Abdur Rehman, the terror suspect allegedly connected with the Al Qaeda in Indian Subcontinent (AQIS), has uncovered the startling revelation that he had offered harbor to one of the Kandahar hijacker in 1999.
As per Crime Branch sources, Abdur Rehman has conceded that he is connected to different terror outfits including al-Qaeda and offered harbor to a charged in the Kandahar plane hijack. Rehman allegedly offered harbor to the accused in Cuttack. Sources informed that police is attempting to obtain data on the accurate area where he shrouded the hijacker.
On the third day of his remand, Rehman is being grilled at the Crime Branch headquarters by the Special Task Force (STF).
